2019 January Challenge

It’s time for the January Challenge.

EXERCISES: V-snap + Burpee + Pushup (the combination of the three equals on rep). On the 1st of the month do ONE rep, one the second do TWO reps and so on until we reach 31 reps on the last day of the month! Tag #januarychallengewithjoanne so I can follow along with your progress!

JANUARY CHALLENGE IS HERE! Who’s in??

I know New Year’s Day is a tough day to workout if you’re recovering from NYE, so this one starts easy.

Only 1 exercise all month (Burpee+Pushup+Mountain Climber – done as one continuous movement) – complete as many reps as the day of the month…so on Jan 1st you only have to do it once! Video demo coming!

OCTOBER CHALLENGE 2017

For the month of October your challenge is to try to hang from a bar for a TOTAL of 10 minutes throughout the week, for four weeks.

You don’t have to be a the gym to get in your hang time….use any bar….at the park, on a scaffold, at your gym…..just stay safe 🙂

Submit a photo or video of that week’s hang at the end of the week (just a sample, you don’t have to include the entire ten minutes) – but be sure to hashtag #pursuitocr and #hangtimechallenge.  At the end of the month whoever submitted all four weeks will be eligible for a Pursuit OCR prize pack!!!! Bonus points for creativity and cool locations.
