It’s that time again….January Challenge!
EXERCISES: Plank Shoulder Tap + Side to Side Plank + Side to Side kick through.
On the 1st of the month do ONE rep, one the second do TWO reps and so on until we reach 31 reps on the last day of the month!
(As the numbers go up you have a choice: complete the combination of the three exercises as one rep, or if you prefer do all of your reps of one exercise before moving on to the next!).
