All classes are offered on the Zoom Meeting app, which can be downloaded here: https://zoom.us/download. The login link and meeting number are listed below each class as they are scheduled. Please log in a few minutes early, as I will be unavailable to help with technical issues. Please mute your microphone once you are in the meeting.

Please sign the waiver before signing in for your class (you only need to complete it once). Link to waiver included below along with login details for each class.

CONDITIONING // No Equipment

This class will be focused on keeping the shoulders, hips and core strong. Great for my at-home aerialists or anyone looking to stay in shape while in isolation!

CALISTHENICS // Basic Equipment

This class will be a bodyweight workout focusing on technique used for specific calisthenics movements including the pushup, l-sit, hollow body, and many fun variations.
